About Me
My name is Julia, I am an experienced talking therapist and clinical hypnotherapist. My background includes a previous career as a Midwife and a Bsc (Honours )Degree in Psychology.
My strong belief that solution focused therapy and clinical hypnotherapy techniques can help alleviate many problems, led to me gaining qualifications in counselling and clinical hypnotherapy.
My goal is to help clients achieve solutions to a wide range of issues, using sessions individually tailored to each clients needs, what they want to achieve and therefore enable positive and effective success.

I am based in Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Parking is available on site and in the immediate area.
Consultations are carried out with strict confidentiality.
